What absolutely crawls beneath my skin and the Most High God skin is, when YOU SAY "CHRIST (HIS SON BY THE WAY) Died, so the commandments are done!. 

But! you feel its absolutely necessary to keep on the customs that was establish a short while ago... 

Come on BRO! You do the custom of this world but not what God tells you to do forever!

Yall be praying the Lords Prayer. But did  you know it says let your will be done in earth as it iS in Heaven. 

But don't live that truth that Jesus our savior lived. Isaiah 66:23  says that "It shall come to pass, from one new moon to another , and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship[ before me, saith the LORD!!!!

SO! My question is what scripture?you have from The Most High Mouth that keeps you from observing the sabbath and New Moons?

Please if you want me to hear you, defend God's Holy days, the way you defend and observe these New age Holidays

Women body is my husbands minus the boobs

😀 Oh the struggle of breast feeding. Oh the Struggle of breast feeding. Oh the struggle of breast feeding, but what a benefit!!!!!

 

So, husband jokes on a regular about how he wants my breast back, 😁😁. The queen isn't having it. I really wish I would of done the education on what breastfeeding does to the women body. I mean, since I came home from the hospital 6/29/2020 with Queen Aliyah Ziona (no last name), My emotions have been, everywhere. North, south, east, west, Indiana, Israel, North Dakota, and Living room, car, bathroom, Sprouts, and wherever else.  I had no idea, when your body is refilling with Gods Milk, that it goes through stages. I'm going to take you through the stages. 

#1- Depression: I started feeling detached from the Queen Aliyah Ziona (no last name). Like while she is trying to latch on, I start to look down at her and say "Who's child is this". I feel weak and start to wonder how long the sky is going to remain in the heavens and if the stars are going to start tumbling down on me and destroy the earth. YEP!!! I was thinking like this, every single time she latched on, something rubbed against my nipple, or my breast was having a refill(let down). (About 3 minutes)

#2-Sick to the stomach: I would want to run to the toilet, right after the depression would leave. I would loose my appetite. So, I don't recommend you eat and breastfeed  or pump. You will loose ALL interest. (1-2 minutes)

#3-Dehydrated- I start to immediately feel dehydrated once the sick feeling leaves. This is why they recommend to have a cup of water next to you when your pumping or breastfeeding. I'm being serious you will feel like sponge-bob in that episode when he went on land. 

Those are all of the steps of emotions in pumping and breastfeeding. There isn't a such thing as Postpartum in my life, its just clearly called Breast-feeding adventures. So, if you feel that you want to stop breastfeeding or you feel like you need Xanax, trust me when i say its normal. I feel that this is the part of pain in child barring years, that The Most High said he would curse Eve with for the fall of man (Gen 3:16). This isn't just something I went through because I've spoken to my Home-Queens, they went through the same exact thing. Maybe its a Hebrew thing, I'm not sure but its common. 

But don't allow that to make you run from the BEST DECISION, NATURAL DECISION, AND FREEST 💪DECISION, That you can ever make in life. If I would of known the benefits of God Milk, I would've never ever gave my 3 Kings formula. Being UNeducated will make you UNhealty. The word says, You will perish from the lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). Take this sis, as knowledge. I am going to give you my key points as WHY YOU SHOULD BREASTFEED!!!

*1-Genius child: I took my Queen Aliyah to the doctors for her 6 month check-up and the doctors and nurses were amazed on how she was saying Hi, WITH WORDS NOT SIGNAL! To everyone that came in the room. Then she begin to say, no, to me with action and the Doctor said, this is the benefit of breastfeeding. My Queen Aliyah Ziona (No last Name) is exceptionally smart. She will be one of the smartest people in this world. 

READY FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!

*2-NO CYCLE!!!- LET THE NO BLEED CONTINUE!!!!!! APTTMH!!!!. When my child turned 6 weeks, I was like O! NO!. I'm pregnant. I ran to the store bought a pregnancy test, and prayed to The Most High, Please don't let your daughter of Sarah, be pregnant. I mean, I know He told us to be fruitful and multiply but I just literally had a child. Sciatica and all!. 

I took the test and it showed, NEGATIVE!!!!. So i looked up why my cycle didn't come at 6 weeks and the first question was Are you breastfeeding? So supposedly according to research, and lab work i guess (I'm no doctor), Its common for a women to not have a cycle up 1 year of post-partum. Aint that  a Blimp! I could've not had a cycle for an extra 6 months and not be pregnant with my other 3 kings. This benefit alone is good enough for me to Only Breastfeed. Now yes, I kept extra pregnancy test under the sink. Unfortunately for me it only lasted for about 5 months and it skipped my 7th and continued on. I believe its because I stopped pumping and only did direct nipple to mouth contact. She stopped accepting bottles at like 7 months. I completely went in the wrong direction. I was supposed to start winging(wrongly spelled)but she refused to latch off. SO now my husband is out of the bed and the Queens sleep in the Master Bedroom alone lol. 

*3-Weight lost like No Other. Hydroxy cut, Jenny Craig, Buddy Love, I mean No one or supplement have nothing on God Giving Snap Back Program-Called Brest Feeding. Pre-Baby, I was wearing a size 11, post baby today I WEAR A SIZE 6. Who would of known. Now This isn't my favorite Benefit, cause I feel I lost my Butt. My husband says it's there but I'M NOT SEEING IT. .... 

So, I wrote this blog just to share my journey in Breastfeeding for the 1ST TIME OUT OF 4 TIMES I could've. Also, to educate you on what to expect if you do breastfeed. I will most defiantly do it again and teach  Queen Aliyah Ziona (No last name) to do the same. Join me on my journey on natural Home Birth, on my next go round...... Bye

Its a evil spirit that has been around forever. It all started in Heaven when Lucifer betrayed Yeshua and was sent to Earth. This is when Racism, hatred, Demonic Spirits started.
Please don't get side tracked by television or the Devil game of Racism. He only wants to steal, kill, and destroy us.
Open your eyes, They are killing our boys. I have 3 very handsome, smart, God fearing boys, That gives thanks to Yeshua before they put a piece of bread in there mouth.

We need to raise up our children and the 3 hours that we put into these Degrading sitcoms, we need to invest in our children and in ourselves. We so busy trying to chase the party or enjoy life when we are dying. That could of been you in the Hearse, that you passed this morning.
Don't get side tracked y'all. Not to sit my life style on a peddle-stool but! I do most of my internet browsing and posting when my children are in school. When they are out of school, I am involved. Even with me cooking them a well balance meal with Authentic food is teaching my children. You can ask all of my family have my children eaten Mc Donald, they will tell you NOPE! We tend to be selfish, and push our kids anything while we are fixed on taking a pretty picture.
Well I'm getting side tracked but, please know that the only one you have to blame for your children ignorance to whats going on in this world, Is YOU!
You are the blame for your children not knowing the Lords prayer but knowing every word to Future Songs. You are the blame for your children Hit-ing the Folks More then they Put there hands together to pray. You are the one to blame for your own ignorance to the fact that the Poison that we feed in ourselves by watching stupid shows, is the trick of Satan himself.
I used to not miss a show of How to get away with murder and Empire, Tamar, and nem. But until God opened my eyes to the tricks of the enemy, I stopped. Yes I was for sure into Empire a year ago, but once my son showed his interest in being like Hakeem, I opened my eyes.
Why every show that we watch has to be full of Homosexuality, and Murder. Be full of back stabbing and depression, be full of partying and deceit.
TV programs used to become what they want us to become, But we have shows titled "BLACKISH", Insecure, and etc. Even if they have some good morals, the name is insulting. What happened to positive shows of motivations in your situation like "Living Single", "A different World", "Whats Happening" " Bill Cosby" , even "Bernie Mac". Bernie Mac particularly because of the message of  'AM I MY BROTHERS KEEPER, YES I AM!" He took in his sisters children and raised them in a nice successful neighborhood and they went to good schools.
What I am saying is that, don't be side tracked by deceit. You are under hypnoses and not even able to hear the snap. The movie 'Get Out' had a strong message.
Lets get it together. Lord I thank God for my Husband, he has helped me to see so much.

Knocking but Intangiable

                       

I've never been this thirsty for a connection with Yeshua Yahweh and the Holy Spirit. With me knocking on the door through this word this morning with my husband, our eyes are opening up to the fact that we just might be communicating to God wrong. Have you ever heard the term 'Your delivery is all wrong'? Well I think that phrase refer even to prayer to Yeshua.
God gave us the ultimate example on how to go to the father, and just in case you didn't think that you could go to the father yourself, John 16:23

"In that day you will not ask me for anything. I tell you the truth. My Father will give you anything you ask for in my name. You have never asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive. And you will be truly happy." You see Yahweh let us know before leaving that we can go directly to The Holy one.

With that said, some of us prayers aren't being heard because we going through Mary or whoever to talk to Yahwah when Yeshua himself said we can go to Yahwah, in Christ name. And just in case your one that only go by the old testament and don't believe Yeshua is all that he is cracked up to be because he is in the new testament, please note that in the old testament it says  Regarding Jesus’ birth—Isaiah 7:14: “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.” Isaiah 9:6: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Micah 5:2: “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.” Now we are all done with that, lets move on...

Jesus(Yeshua) let us know how we should go to the God (Yahweh) and it goes like this 

A lot of people feel that this is the prayer that should say everynight then I'm good but even though that has some truth to it, please note that this was an example on how we should pray. First acknowledging who is in control, then letting him know I surrender, after that getting the needs for others and us out the way, Then asking for forgiveness for people you yourself has done wrong then asking that the people that has done us wrong be forgiven. 

The awesome thing about this is that Unforgiveness is the most popular poison that the enemy uses against God's people, and it is one of the deadliest poisons a person can take spiritually and mentally.

Cancer comes from the devil, scientist can't explain it, doctors don't understand where it comes from; it's the symptoms of a curse. God allowed the Israelites to face diseases and sickness when they disobeyed Him (Deut 28:58-61), and when they would turn back to Him, He would heal their land and take sickness from their midst (Exodus 23:25, Deut 7:15).

In John 15:12, Jesus commands us to love one another, as He has loved us. True love doesn't hold bitterness or unforgiveness against that person,

Unforgiveness prevents God from forgiving our sin.Matthew 6:15, "But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

So its very important that before you go before God asking him for anything that you clear your heart of any type of hate or unforgiveness. 

See this is a very important Key to the Kingdom (RIP Myles Munroe). The enemy knows it.

 Lol, this blog went a totally different direction as usual lol. But to get back on topic. I your hungry to hear a word from the Lord, just open the Bible, there is a lot of Words lol. Just in case your one to say the white man wrote that to keep us in slavery. Why would the white man write something that helps us and make us Extremely Powerful. Honestly form reading the word of Yawah I realized not to listen to the white man and listen to God. I'm just saying. Every situation you could ever occur is in the word and it does something to you. 

On another half of a note, just incase you didn't know, and I know this will spark up conversations but..... Not everyone will understand and believe the Word. You want to know why?

Reading other blogs and with my own personal experience with having a blog that has been viewed by over 10,000 viewers, I've noticed that people are interested in whats on a person mind.
This is odd to be but works in my advantage. People don't have 5 minutes to personally talk to an individual but rather text but don't mind reading what someone else thinks about different random things.
So since I know my thoughts will be read #SpeakingWithoutTalking, here we go.

 We all know all my blogs come from a personal experience, something triggers my post.
Lets start off by saying that if someone doesn't except your victory or deliverance, than, move around clown.
The reason why we don't stay delivered no longer then a minute is because we have those people I like to call "Bookkeepers". These people record all your faults and love to remind you and others of your faults in your past. No matter how much you have matured, distant yourself, or changed. These people love to hold grudges when you didn't even do anything to them personally.
These people are greater then God himself (Not Really).
Its funny cause the Holy one, says that once you've repent, then he forgets and wash your record book clear.
But these Bookkeepers, feel as though they need to remind you.
If you are a bookkeeper reading this Blog, please take down that you are ONLY harming yourself. When you could be enjoying life, and clearing a space in that congested mind, you rather make your life horrible. And please also note that the HATE that you wear on your faces is extremely noticeable and ugly.
I've never understood the motives of  Bookkeepers, there usually the ones that cant seem to get on their feet, In and out of relationships, Don't know if they believe in Yeshua or not, and etc.
These people think people believe the front that they show outside of there house w\hen in actually there Funk is very strong.
If you are a Bookkeeper then you might want to throw away the pen and focus on bettering yourself. Cause while you recording, people like me sitting in my House, with my husband and Children getting ready to sit around the table for dinner and Give Thanks to God before putting our Gold forks in our mouths. I'm just saying, if you notice that the people around you cant help you move up in life and if you dont see no prosperity then maybe you should relocate. If you have people around you that reminds you of your past afflictions and situation and have no Faith in your deliverance then, maybe you should distant yourself.
Stop trying to please everyone cause it will not happen. I realize that God put me on this earth to be rejected. I get rejected daily and according to the Word of God I must be doing something right. We spend to much time trying to please people, and forgetting about pleasing the only one that matters. Trust me if you please Him then, you will please others naturally but not all. Jesus was hated! daily!
It says John 15:18 "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.".

We are stuck in poverty because of what we know. We find it hard to forgive because of what we know. We been praying for the same thing for 4 years because of what we know. We still haven't moved a mountain because of what we know. WE WANT CHANGE BUT DON'T GET IT BECAUSE OF WHAT WE KNOW. WE WILL REMAIN FOLLOWERS BECAUSE OF WHAT WE KNOW, UNLESSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Words from a 'Kingdom Citizin'

I'm not to happy with Christians right now with the way they are reacting to this Gay Marriage thing. My thing is that, are we forgetting about the other sin that sends you to hell aswell. In First Corinthians 6:9-11 the Bible says, "Know you not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Spirit of our God." So Saints lets get mad about all sin.
Lets do something about all sin. One reason the world is in the condition it is today is because we sit down on our sin we are doing like Gossip, Backstabbing, Lying, Hating, Gluttony, and so much more, because to us that's not a big sin. Or its not a sin to think about because we are the ones doing it. And one thing God told us not to do is Luke 6:37
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." Luke 6:41 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?
God knew that this time was coming. He said so, all through the bible. He also knew that we was going to be judgmental and forget our reasoning for being here and that's why he says what he says. 
I have one question. 
Are you mad because of the law was passed about Gay Marriage or Are you mad because the devil is busy and we sit on our butts and not show the world the unity Kingdom Citizens should have not being there.
Cause Im mad at the fact that the devil is busy and stealing Gods people souls and corrupting his people Spirit. That's why I am mad. I am mad that Hell is growing rapidly.
And if you think just because you aint Murdered someone, or stolen a bike form Wal-Mart or Gay that you are going to heaven because you don't do those "Big sins", Yea your right. But if you hate someone, talk about people behind there backs, lie, eat to much, mean, messy, or anything that is a sin then you are on your way to Hell along with the Gays.
For God said "I am coming for a perfect church". Not one that's trying to get it together eventually but  perfect CHURCH. So if he said that, and being a all knowing God, then that Perfect Church is here. My question, "Are you apart of it?"

Question:
Why is it hard for me to put myself before others?
Answer: Because God made me this way

In my life, I have struggled with what pleases me. The reason for that is because I have a problem when I see people not happy.
Because of this, I have abused my inner-being. Now you might say well God wouldn't had made you that way if you feel abused, But, God made me this way, I just didn't know how to be who God made me to be.
You see I have Jesus like tendency.
1. Its easy for me to love
2. I feel sadden by this dying world
3. I am a Worlds Reject!
and so much more but those three I wanted to point out.
Many people might read my blog and wonder what is the purpose of this blog. I honestly don't know but I feel a need to have it. I mean I really don't know, cause all I do is expose myself and hope the right people read it. I've never had a problem with exposing me.
I don't know why but that has never been an issue. My issue has been excepting me. So let me begin,
I believe my previous blog, told my readers that I will be putting certain things on blast. Especially "Religious Folks" but I lost that buzz. Why? Who knows. But I still have plenty to read.
I have heard all my life that I should be on TV, you so funny, and Girl you crazy. But I've never knew what people was referring to cause I was just being me.
I have a issue.

Okay my issue is people. Not just people but Religious people......
As you know I have been brought up in the church and have seen a lot. And I can honestly say that Church Folks make my stomach hurt.
Why?
Cause they don't realize that when Paul was talking in the bible that he was talking to them. haha, he realized that Church folks had a serious issue.
I mean yes I go to church and you might say I'm a church folk and that might just be true, but at least I know that there is an issue and I want to see it fixed.

This blog is about the MESSY CHURCH FOLKS!!!!
I've known a hand full of these folks. They smile in your face and want to pray in front of the church but they are the reason why the church isnt growing.
Our purpose is to go into the world and preach and because we cant get right we are spending to much time preaching to the church folks.
You see I've yet

to run into a person of the world that don't know that they need to get it right. BUT I RARELY runs into a Church folk that "Have sinned and needs to get it together".

Hooters Wings! Nope! Hooters Wangs

So I'm sitting at work and thinking, I'm really in the mood for some homemade hot wings. Now even though I throw down in the kitchen, I have not mastered frings Wings....Until...Lastnight. Okay just a little about myself. I am starting a YouTube Channel "Simply Me"... It's a food channel geared towards busy people wanting good home-cook food but not having the home-cook time.
With that said, I love to make great food as simple as possible.
Again like my Blog on how to make Gumbo on a budget. I am making this blog because my cousin Attorney Charles requested I do a blog on these Wangs......
Yes Wangs. These Wangs are Hooters inspired with a Chinese twist.
You will need.

*A package of whole wings
*Hooters flour
*1 tbsp of red pepper Cayenne
*1 tbsp of Sweet Paprika (doesn't have to be sweet)
*2 tbsp season salt
*Crisco grease (the way Grandmama Lola did it)
*Frank's Hot Sauce
* The Star ingredient Red Pepper Jelly (Located in jelly aisle)

*half stick of butter

First off, grab those Wings and clean them. After they are clean. Cut wings where u have drummers and Wings.
The reason why I rather whole wings then splitting them is because it's cheaper and for some reason when I have bought Wings in the pass, the quality was fatty.
Now that you have the Wings cleaned and chopped. In a bowl with top, mix all dry ingredients. Place top on bowel and shake, to make sure everything is equally combined.
Next take those dry clean Wings and place in dry ingredients. Close top and shake that bowl.
It's very important that you follow the next step.
Remove wings from flour and place in a pan big enough to hold your wings without placeing on top of each other. Once they are placed on plate, place in frig for 30 min to and 1 hour.
This allows coating to be well Incorporated on the chicken when you place in grease, your ending result will be Coated, flavorful and Crispy.
While wings are chilling lol, get a sauce pan mix all wet ingredients including Butter and Jelly. HALF CONTAINER OF JELLY, UNLESS YOU WANT IT SWEETER THEN NORM..
Once it has been 30 min,Open up that crisco and Spoon it in a Deep pot (I don't have a fryer)
Once you see grease popping a little, place one wing in grease to see if it's ready to fry those babies. The way you can tell it's ready is by the bubbles that are forming around chicken. It should be a nice consistent pattern of bubbles. IF! ITS MAKING GREASE GO CRAZY, REMOVE POT FROM BURNER AND ALLOW GREASE TO COOL. TURN DOWN BURNER AND TRY AGAIN.LOL.
Now that you have the grease right. Place about 6 wings in pot. Overcrowded Pot will not allow chicken to fry properly.
Once first Bash is done (Only should cook 8to 10 min once a light golden brown)
Pour your Wangs sauce in another Pyrex bowl.
I'm sorry only cook sauce until it comes to a boil. Then remove.
Combine Wings to Sauce , Close  the Bowl and shake. Remove wings from sauce and place in a Clean pan.
Repeat last steps until.you have completed all wings.

Comfortable being comfortable

So, if most of us would admit it, we are not okay with being comfortable. We think if we let an issue go or say bye to someone we don't really need in our life, that we will possibly lose someone or let go of something. Well, that's the purpose suga. Lol.
Okay I still haven't explained myself. Okay example (always put myself on blast) I used to be and sometime struggle with allowing God to move me out of a situation that's not good for me.I feel as though if I move away then I will be forgotten.....
We all struggle or have struggled with this fear of being forgotten or not being needed when in reality, We never was needed but we forced ourselves into unhealthy situations for the sake of trying to get in.
I have tried to get in all my life to the fact that when I didn't fit and had absolutely no drama in my life, I was completely uncomfortable being comfortable because I tricked my mind to think, if I'm not involved then I'm worthless.
But now I notice that when I'm not involved and void myself from people and things, as in not making an opportunity for myself to feel worthless, I am OK with being OK. II  comfortable with being comfortable.
Now my symptoms were bad.
I would get upset every time I logged into fb and see the front of people. it's easy to post a happy face but not easy to be transparent.
So I deactivated my account.
As we all do at times.
I became solo. I found out that spending time with me is way more interesting then spending time with people.
These are just two things I have done, now I have activated my fb page and you can request to be my friend (Yvonne Sherrel Thompson)but I don't browse fb.
My life shouldn't revolve around what others have ate today. Even thought sometimes it's interesting but I myself can't handle it.

Hate me? Great, I must be doing something right.

So,
I was just sitting here in my office thinking to my self. I am 30 years old and I have not made a name for myself in History. Growing up I never ever felt normal, I just knew that I will do something remarkable to be known world wide. I wasn't the cutest girl in school with the big boobs, big butt, long hair and when I was coming up everyone wanted a yellow bone. So I saw myself the way others "I thought" saw me. I was quite and to myself. Through life I just didn't fit in anywhere not just at school but everywhere (mall, collage, church, etc.). I had a hard time making friends and keeping them. Relationships would start off great then next thing I know, I wasn't liked by her anymore. So this type of thing just kept happening, so I ask God in a journal to him, why don't no one like me. Its easy for me to Love people, to encourage people, but I don't get it back at me. Lord What is up?
I know in your word you said "They will hate you, like they hated me".
I still didn't listen. So I continue to email, text, etc, email, text, email, text, email,,,,,,,, until I literally drove myself crazy. I stop being able to sleep, my mind wouldn't stop, I was yelling, I hated myself, I started doing things I shouldn't been doing, I used to ask my husband , "Baby what did I do to these crazy, low self-esteem, back stabbing woman, that they don't like me!"
My husband would say "Baby, you know you don't be doing anything, you don't hangout with people to gossip, you are nice, you pray for them, you bend over backward just to give a compliment, and you actually are genuine. If they don't like you then they are missing out, you have 2 sons, 1 on the way, and Me, what else do you need". Still
I didn't listen to him. I was messing up my marriage. I was so bitter inside, The people that I thought I could trust and I'm talking about older people that you think would be done with all the silly games, Started showing there true colors. So now I am mad because these woman that calls there selves "Christians", go behind my back and talk. And How do I know, Because I am chosen and God tells me stuff that I try not to hear and have closed my ears to all my life.
So I'm in my car and I HAVE A BREAKDOWN, I yell "LORD WHY ME". He says to me. "Because I love you and have so much in store for you, I cant keep people around you that will stop my plans I have for you. I am tired of people being Religious and trying to Pimp me. They call me when they need me, then when I answer they go right back. I want allow you to fail me. Once I put you on, there will be no turning back. You been hurt, you been lied on, you been betrayed, and you are broken right now. But all of this is for my Glory. I want you to be so fed up that you want take no more of the enemy mess. You win! He lose. R U READY?" and I said "Yes".
Its my time, God has humbled me,  So now I am on the road to Glory  and I aint letting no Judas in hell Stop me. You can love me or move around, but I am finally going to be who God has called me to be. I realize that if someone is liked by everyone then something is just not right.

"LAWYER" STATUS MEAL WITH A $25 BUDGET

BRRRRRRRRRR....... ITS COLD OUT SIDE. Well at least that's what my cousin in pre-law text me this morning. His exact Text was "{We are going to get snowed/iced in. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE GUMBO}". So here we go Jamaal, I am finally releasing my recipe for my Famous "Its cold out there but Hot in here" Gumbo. First you will need to make sure you have the basic seasoning that every household should have off the back, so there is no purchase required.

This should make a 12 bowl serving( should last You 3 days, however I'm not big on eating the same thing twice lol, it gets me the chance to cook again)

Pantry Seasoning (no purchase hopefully)

1 teaspoon of Accent (Flavor enhancer )

4 tablespoons of Lawry's Seasoning Salt (its the best, but use whatever brand you chose)

1 teaspoons of salt

3 tablespoons of Pepper ( Yes pepper jamaal lol)

2 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper

1 teaspoons of Garlic salt

2 teaspoons of onion powder

2 tablespoons of Smoked Paprika

(If you want to go ahead and mix all seasoning together , go right ahead)

Here's a short cut only for those on the go folks. Just pick up a rotisserie chicken from your favorite neighborhood grocery store already prepared and shred it to pieces.

Things you will need from the store.

1 Shredded Chicken (cooked) $6

13oz Smoked Beef sausage or Turkey (Say No to Pork) $2.30

1 package of previously frozen or 1 lb of fresh Cod (which ever you prefer, frozen is but cost more) $ 7

Diced Slamon (for seafood taste, located in seafood market) $7

.5 small package Frozen sliced Okra (rather you like it or not its what makes the gumbo, you want taste)$1

1 chopped small Fresh Onion (just suck it up and chop, its better then frozen but its up to you) .85

2 Jalapeno pepper (or 1) $.15

1 Green Bell pepper chopped $.99

2 Chicken Broth Box's or 4 Can of chicken stock $5

1 cup of Water

2 8 oz cans of Sweet Corn $3
1 Box of Zatarains Gumbo Base (don't accidentally get Gumbo Mix) $1.39

Okay First, slice the smoked sausage into small circle pieces and brown in skillet. Remove Sausage from skillet. In the same skillet put onions and bell peppers, the natural grease from the sausage should be enough to cook semi-caramelize the onion and pepper. Remove the onion and pepper form skillet and place in a stock pot on medium heat (pot big enough to put all ingredients inside). Clean the Skillet and clean all areas that was messed up (You will thank me later) :-). 

Now in the pot you put the onion mixture in add the chicken, sausage, seasoning mix, okra, jalapenos, corn. Now add the chicken broth, water, and Zaterains gumbo mix. Now allow to Cook for 1 to 2 hours on low-med, stirring often. 20 min before you complete cooking add cod and salmon (I hate for shrimp to be over cooked). Add seasoning if needed (I suggest season salt because salt tends to be to salty)

I was wondering how powerful a choice is. Do you know? Well I come to realize that its on the top of the most important things in life. Your choice determines everything. It is the gasoline to every decision you make. Every emotion you have. Every place you go. Who you chose to love. What you eat or drink. It is also the beginning and the end of your destination, while your alive and after you leave this earth.
Alot of people have high blood pressure. I am one to believe that it started with a choice. Why ever the condition begun, its because of what you decided to do, From eating a slice of cake everyday to deciding to allow that man work your nerve.
Lets step back a bit, What do I mean about the beginning and the end of your destination. Well, Sin and Truth starts with a choice. You make a choice
to sin, or you make a choice to live in the truth(God Will). Rather you chose a sinful life style that leads you to hell or a Godly life style that leads you to Heaven, it is all a choice.
So the advice I have for you is, make the choice that will benefit you and not the enemy.
